1. Our approach
We follow the Financial Conduct Authority’s guidance on the fair treatment of vulnerable customers. We aim to recognise when someone may need more support and to respond with care.
2. What vulnerability can mean
Anyone can become vulnerable, sometimes suddenly. It can include:
- A health condition or disability.
- A major life event, such as bereavement or job loss.
- Low financial resilience or money worries.
- Difficulty understanding or acting on information.
3. How we can help
We can take more time, explain things more clearly, and point you to free specialist support. Please only borrow if you are confident the repayments are affordable.
4. Free specialist support
If you are struggling, free and confidential help is available from MoneyHelper, StepChange and National Debtline. If you need to talk to someone, the Samaritans are there day and night.
5. Telling us you need support
You can let us know you need extra support using the details on our Contact page, and we will handle it sensitively.
6. Contact us
For anything at all, contact us using the details on our Contact page or write to PJG Financial Limited.
